This is one of my favorite pieces. (And no, I don't say that about too many things). Some day I will scan all the old photos of towers and castles I made during my youth. It has a medieval, simplified gothic feel in a friendly, whimsical way. I have done some research into the appropriate dimensions for the holes in bird houses and this is a safe home for nesting birds. If you want to keep it from breaking however, have to say its safer indoors.
